Thank you Tony for your valuable comments. Yeah, you are absolutely right but I have given here the Indian version of chicken steak. This dish is like an American breaded cutlet dish. Large and tender pieces of chicken breast are first flattened and tenderized and then marinated well before pan-frying.
This dish resembles the American chicken-fried steak dish. I also mentioned that American steak dish is made with beef.
