Prepare & Cook Creamy Chicken Topping
- Cut the boneless chicken into medium-sized cubes.

- In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, garlic paste, green chili paste, red chili flakes, salt, garam masala, black pepper, and white pepper.Mix well to form a smooth marinade. Add the chickencubes to the marinade and mix until evenly coated.

- Add vinegar or lemon juice, mix once more, cover the bowl, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate.Mix all the ingredients once the marination is completed. Next, fry the marinated chicken.

- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a fryingpan over low heat. Add the marinated chicken to the pan.

- Stir once, cover the pan, and cook for 8–10 minutes on low to medium heat. Uncover the pan. When the chicken releases water, add cream and mix well.

- Continue cooking uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the moisture evaporates and the chicken becomes soft and creamy. Turn off the heat and set aside.

Assemble the Pizza
- Prepare a pizza base using a pre-made or homemade pizza dough and crust (see notes below).

- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the base, then add a layer of white sauce.

- Top with creamy chicken, olive slices, mozzarella or cheddar cheese, dried oregano or basil, and red chili flakes. Rest the pizza for 10 minutes before baking.

Pan-Bake the Pizza (Without Oven)
- Bake the pizza in a heavy-bottom pan over low heat. If using a light pan, you can place a tawa underneath while baking for heat control.

- Cover the pan with a lid wrapped in a thick cotton cloth to trap steam. Cook on low heat for 15–20 minutes.

- Turn off the heat once the cheese melts and the crust is fully cooked. Remove the pizza from the pan, slice with a pizza cutter, drizzle extra white sauce if desired, and serve hot.

Notes
• For detailed instructions on preparing the dough, refer to my Homemade Pizza Dough Recipe.
• For shaping, pricking, and edge techniques, see the Homemade Pizza Crust Recipe before assembling this pizza.
• Make the pizza base a little bit thinner than you desire, as it will slightly shrink and puff up during baking.
