- 8 tbsp sugar or to taste
- 1 tsp black salt or to taste
- 1-½ litres water
- 5-6 fresh mint leaves

Straining and Chilling
Place a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth over a large bowl or jug. Pour the Falsa puree onto the strainer, allowing the juice to separate from any solids or seeds. Use a spoon to stir, press the pulp, and extract as much juice as possible.It is preferable to refrigerate the Falsa Juice for at least an hour to allow it to cool. Once chilled, serve the juice.
Garnishing the Juice
Take two flat plates. In one plate, spread 3 to 4 tbsp of sugar; in the other, squeeze the juice of lemons.
Dip the edges of the glasses into the lemon juice and then coat them with the sugar. The sugar will stick to the rims of the glasses, looking beautiful.
Put ice cubes in the glasses and fill them with juice.
