Cleaning the Falsa Berries
- Rinse the Falsa berries thoroughly under cold water to remove dirt or impurities. Remove any stems or leaves, and drain them well. Gently pat them dry using a clean kitchen towel or paper towel.

Extracting and Flavoring the Juice
- Transfer the cleaned Falsa berries to a blender or food processor. Add sugar or honey and sprinkle a pinch of black salt. Add fresh mint leaves.

- Add a small amount of water and blend until you achieve a smooth puree-like consistency. It may take 5 to 6 minutes. Add the remaining water to the mixture and blend again for half a minute.Taste the falsa puree and add more sugar or honey if desired. Blend again briefly to incorporate the sweetener. Falsa berries are naturally tangy, so adjust the sweetness according to your preference.

Straining and Chilling
- Place a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth over a large bowl or jug. Pour the Falsa puree onto the strainer, allowing the juice to separate from any solids or seeds. Use a spoon to stir, press the pulp, and extract as much juice as possible. It is preferable to refrigerate the Falsa Juice for at least an hour to allow it to cool. Once chilled, serve the juice.

Garnishing the Juice
- Take two flat plates. In one plate, spread 3 to 4 tbsp of sugar; in the other, squeeze the juice of lemons.

- Dip the edges of the glasses into the lemon juice and then coat them with the sugar. The sugar will stick to the rims of the glasses, looking beautiful.

- Put ice cubes in the glasses and fill them with juice.

- Next, place a sprig of mint leaves in the center of the juice and serve the refreshing and tangy beverage. You can also garnish the juice with falsa berries. Enjoy the delicious flavor of this energizing beverage while you relax and recline.
