How to Fry Chicken Wings
- Rinse the chicken wings under freshwater then pat dry by using paper towels. Combine yogurt, garlic powder (or garlic paste), black or white pepper powder, red chili powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix well.

- Add chicken wings to the marinade and apply the marinade thoroughly to all pieces.

- Cover the bowl and marinate the wings for 30 to 45 minutes.

- After the marination, mix the wings again.

- Place a deep pan or a wok over the stove and fill almost 2 inches of the pan with cooking oil. Heat the cooking oil on medium flame before putting the wings into it.

- Now take breadcrumbs on a plate and whisk 2 eggs in a bowl.

- Coat the wings by dipping the wing first in the eggs and then dredge in the breadcrumbs.

- Put the coated chicken wings into the hot oil for deep frying. Don’t stir the wings as soon as you drop them into the oil. Now reduce the flame to low. Flip the sides after 1 to 1 & 1/2 minutes. Cook the wings till light golden color. The wings will be cooked through in 4 to 5 minutes.

- Place the fried chicken wings over the paper towel so that the excess oil gets absorbed into it. The delicious and crispy chicken wings are ready to serve. Serve them hot with ketchup or any dip of your choice.
