Mince Pizza Preparation
- Finely mince 250 g boneless chicken using a knife or food processor. Keep aside.

- Deseed the tomato and capsicum. Cut the tomato, onion, and capsicum into thin julienne strips.

Cooking the Mince
- Heat 1½ tbsp oil in a pan over medium flame. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until fragrant.

- Add the chicken mince and cook, stirring continuously, until the color changes.

- Add yogurt and spices. Mix well.

- Cover the pan, and cook for 5–6 minutes until the moisture dries. Turn off the heat.

Pizza Dough & Crust
- Place the prepared pizza dough ball on a lightly oiled surface and gently stretch it into a round base. Avoid pressing the edges to keep them soft.Prick the base with a fork. Lightly brush oil only on the edge of the crust.

Mince Pizza Toppings
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the base, keeping the edges clean.

- Sprinkle a light layer of shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese over the sauce.

- Spread the cooked chicken mince evenly.

- Arrange the onion, capsicum, and tomato slices on top. Then, place olive slices.

- Sprinkle the remaining cheese evenly over the pizza. Next, sprinkle dried basil leaves and rest the pizza for 10–15 minutes.

Baking the Mince Pizza
- Preheat a heavy wok on high flame for 8 minutes and place a metal stand or trivet inside. Place the pizza pan inside the wok.

- Cover the wok tightly, and bake for 15-20 minutes on a low-medium flame.

- Remove the pizza from the wok, slice using a pizza cutter, and serve hot with sauce.
